Practice DescriptionGed has a diverse litigation practice that has led to appearances at all levels of the courts. His practice includes security enforcement, which involves recovery work for credit granting institutions including power of sale, foreclosure and general debt collection, as well as commercial and estate litigation. He is involved in insurance defence claims including fidelity and mortgage insurance work. He also has experience handling Aboriginal/First Nations matters. He successfully represented a number of defendants in two aboriginal land claim actions that went all the way to the Supreme Court. |
